FINANCE FOR NON-FINANCIAL MANAGERS
DATE: 15th November 2017
DURATION: Half day
LOCATION: The Maldron Hotel, Newlands Cross, Dublin 22
Who should attend:
This finance for non financial managers training course is aimed at new and middle managers who may be given financial targets and budgets but not the tools to manage the financial resources. It would also suit people whose job includes significant financial content e.g. budget holders in large organisations who would like to be more familiar with the concepts of financial management.
About this course:
Many professionals and business people, while experts in their own field, are less comfortable managing the financial resource than, for example, people and operations. If this is the way you feel, then this two day course is for you. It is designed to demystify finance, giving participants a sound understanding of the financial tools and techniques that they need to improve their planning and budgeting skills, be able to engage in financial discussions and meetings with confidence and thereby become a more effective manager. This potentially heavy and technical subject is brought to life through a combination of presentation and discussion sessions and practical workshops.
